Large glazed facades need a coordinated choice of film. Consider the appearance of the whole building and the conditions in rooms behind the glass, together with safe access for installation.
Confirm the glass specification, existing coatings, panes to be treated and access arrangements. Compare an on-glass sample and the technical specification before a large installation.
What would you like to improve?
- Glare in offices and shared spaces
- Solar exposure across large glazed surfaces
- A coordinated exterior appearance

|---|---|---|
| Solar-control architectural film | Solar heat and glare | Glass compatibility and light transmission |
| Reflective architectural film | Facade appearance and daytime privacy | Reflectivity and uniformity across the elevation |
Choosing the material
Compare light transmission, solar performance, reflectivity and glass compatibility using the technical sheet for the exact model. A film’s darkness alone does not describe its heat protection.

Price and scope of work
The published window-tinting guide is 85 GEL/m² for 5–10 m², 80 GEL/m² for 10–100 m² and 75 GEL/m² for 100–1000 m². Attic windows carry a +10 GEL/m² surcharge. This is an estimate, not a quote for every film type. Confirm the film, area, access, preparation and included work before ordering. For other areas or specialist films, request a project quote.

1. Describe the task
Prepare photos, approximate glass dimensions and the location in Tbilisi. Explain whether heat, glare, privacy or glass-fragment retention matters most.
2. Confirm the specification
Agree the film model, compatibility with the glass, visible appearance, price and installation schedule. Ask for the scope of preparation and any access requirements.
3. Plan installation
Agree access to the glazing and protection of nearby furniture. Confirm the drying period and when the glass can first be cleaned for the selected material.
4. Keep the care instructions
Request the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions and written warranty terms. The website advertises up to 10 years; confirm the coverage and duration for your chosen film and work.
Frequently asked questions
Can the same film be used on every pane?
Confirm compatibility for each glazing type. Different glass, coatings and exposure can require different specifications.
Is installation inside or outside?
The application side depends on the selected film and glazing. Agree the side and access method in the project specification.
Can savings be predicted from film darkness?
No. Assess the exact film’s solar data and building conditions. This page does not promise a fixed saving on energy bills.
